The GSh-18 is a 9x18mm semi-automatic pistol developed by the KBP Instrument Design Bureau during the 1990s. Magazine capacity of 18 rounds.
Overall it is a very reliable pistol that uses very commonly found ammunition and has a higher damage compared to other weapons using the same ammunition caliber. It is a very reliable weapon to explore Pervomay Route and it's very appropriate later on in the game to deal with less threatening enemies such as Spawns and Fragments
